Add members group

Members’ accounts in your centers can be categorized on iCafeCloud. Member groups can be created only by the admin. Then you can create specific prices or offers for specific member groups.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Click the member group button (Figure 1).

  1. Click the “Add” button (Figure 2).

  1. Enter the details of the member group and click the “Ok” button (Figure 3).

  1. Then the member group created will be listed.
    For the point, the system uses the example below
    From minimum points to maximum points will auto change the member groups
    Ex: If the customer gets 1001 points his group will auto change and also the discount rate.

    To manually change the group for members add points to the member (Admin only).  (Figure 4).
