Convert to member

Guest users can convert their accounts to member accounts themselves from the client’s PC.

  1. First of all, go to Settings Page > Client Settings and enable Convert to Member (Figure 1).

  1. Then when the prepaid or offer session is started, click the button to convert to a member on the top right side (Figure 2).

  1. Fill in the details and submit them (Figure 3).

  1. After that, iCafeMenu will auto log out and the remaining balance from prepaid or time from the offer will be saved to the member’s account.
  2. Now users can log in with credentials just submitted and continue their session.
  1. If “start billing” is set to an X value on the “Start billing after”, this feature allows prepaid session customers to enjoy an X number of free minutes in order to keep their balance intact while converting to a member through the client interface.
