Refund balance

  1. You can also add or reduce points as you add or reduce balance from the “top-up” option (Figure 1).

  1. When a member is logged in on a PC, top-up can be done from the PC’s page with a right-click on it (Figure 2).

  1. By navigating to the “guest” tab in “members” and topping up the specified PC and adding the negative amount to be reduced, prepaid sessions can be refunded to lower the time/balance following incorrect entry (Figures 3 & 4).
