Enter maintenance

If any of the computers need maintenance, you can make them inaccessible to any customers.

  1.  Right-click on the PC, hover on “Manage” and click “Enter maintenance” (Figure 1).

  1. Then the status of the PC will be set to “Maintenance” (Figure 2).

  1. If a customer tries to log in from the client side he will see “The PC is in maintenance” (Figure 3).

  1. After the maintenance is done, right-click the PC and hover on “Manage” and click “Cancel maintenance” (Figure 4).
