Send message to PC

This function allows sending messages from the cloud panel to the client’s PC. When the customer receives a message, he will hear a notification about it and the iCafeMenu interface will be inactive until he doesn’t hide it.

Follow the steps below to send a message.

  1. Right-click on the pc you want to send a message (Figure 1).

  1. Type a message and click on the “Send” button (Figure 2).
