On this page, the administrator will have the ability to set whether a field is optional or required (Figure 1).

If the administrator makes the phone number compulsory (required), it implies the user’s phone number has to be entered before creating a member account (Figure 2).

If the field is left blank, the employee will be prompted that it is required (Figure 3).
