When you reinstall Windows or change the hard disk of your OS, the machine ID changes. The machine id is used to validate your license, hence it will fail to register. To solve this, you need to reset your license once to use it again on your server.
- Login to the iCafeCloud Cloud panel, then open the “Settings” page and click the “License” tab, then click the “Reset license” button (Figure 1).
- You will be asked to confirm the reset of the license. Click the “Yes” button to reset the license (Figure 2).
- The license can be reset only once per day.
