Server connection problem
Sometimes your iCafeCloud server cannot connect to the cloud, on logs, it shows an error: ‘HttpSendRequest 12029”,
You should check your Internet options and make sure TLS 1.2 is enabled (Figure 1).

You can enable TLS 1.2 with a tool called MicrosoftEasyFix.
Problem 2 :
On windows server 2008 R2, you get the error message as below :
15:41:58 Connecting to the server
15:41:59 Connect to the backup server
15:41:59 Connected to the server failed
Update the windows to the latest.
